Dream Life

                                                         1. The truth is- genuine connection is ease. It is peace. When you find it you will know. You will feel seen. You will feel respected. At the end of the day, the human beings that surround you in this life should not  exhaust you, or hollow you out, or leave you feeling like you are hard to love. You should not have to play games, or beg for someone to care for you the way you have deeply shown up to care for them. Please, do not  romanticize the things in this life that hurt. You cannot love someone into loving you, or being ready, or meeting their potential; you cannot close their hands around your heart if they are not willing to hold it themselves. You have to let them go. You have to focus on the people in your life who bring you back home to yourself. You have to focus on...

                                                  The healing is not the destruction. It is not the day you know it is finally time to uproot your life. It is not the moment you tell someone they are no longer welcome, it is  not the hours you spend decluttering, it is not the minute you walk away. The healing is how you gradually allow your soul to drip into your days again. It is how you show up more fully now that the debris is cleared, and the roads  are unblocked, and your life is once again renewed and  refreshed and freed. It was never about whether or not you had the courage to light fire to what was, it was  whether or not you were willing to plant a seed in its place, and to grow what was always meant to be.

                                             Keep your chin up little stargazer At worlds above our own, You are small but you are stardust And that's worth more than you've known, For every sun and solar flare Is made up just like you, And if they're cause for wonder Then I promise you are too. Look out little stargazer 'til nothing's left unseen, And know there's not a patch of sky Where no-one else's eyes have been, That the darkness that enfolds you Holds countless other starlit hearts, And with this you stand together Though you live lifetimes apart. Be brave now live lifetimes apart. Be brave now little stargazer The sky is growing light, And courage wanes like moonbeams When it's pulled out from the night, But like those who gazed before you; Know when your heart is full of fear, That it is always in your darkness That the stars start to appear.

                                                For what it's worth.....it's never too late, or in my case too  early, to be whoever you want to be. There's no time limit. Start whenever you want. You can change or stay the same. There are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you've never felt before. I hope you meet people who have a different point of view. I hope you live a life you're proud of, and if you're not, I hope you have the courage to start over again.        

                                       When her mouth meets mine again , it's as if every last piece of  my armor disintegrates and every last piece of ice surrounding  the glacier that was my heart melts and evaporates. Whoever coined the phrase, I love you to death obviously never experienced the kind of love Taste and I share. If that were the case, the phrase would be I love you to life. Because that's exactly what love did. Loved back to life.
