STAY IN THE PRESENT

Image
In the rush of daily life, it's easy to love sight of the present moment. Pause, take a breath, and ground yourself in the now. The present is where life unfolds, where joy resides, and where peace is found. Appreciate the simple pleasures: a smile, a gentle breeze, the warmth of the sun. These moments, though small, are the threads that weave a life of meaning and fulfillment. Let go of the past, release the future, and embrace the beauty of presence. You are here and that is enough.

Perhaps

Perhaps we'll begin to put down our phones And even learn to talk. Perhaps we'll appreciate the smaller things; A cup of tea with a friend, a social outing, a walk. Perhaps we'll begin to embrace each other, As if meeting anew. Perhaps we'll learn to sacrifice Some of 'me' for a little bit of 'you'. Perhaps we'll remember those who hid in years gone by By only candlelight. Perhaps we'll realize our misfortunes Would insult those who lost that fight. Perhaps we'll begin to value our health; That it is a blessing and not a right. Perhaps we'll remind ourselves of this Once the sickness is firmly out of sight. Perhaps we'll see the world with different eyes, In all its chaos and splendor. Perhaps we'll see that life is something To be enjoyed and not just to endure. Perhaps this will come to pass, And perhaps we will learn a lot. But I fear, Knowing us, Perha...

When it is right

Trust me when I say- when it is right, everything that you love ruthlessly will love you back with the same conviction. Trust me when I say - when it is right, the things you reach in life, the things you deeply hope for, they will reach back, And I promise you, when that happens you will understand that all of the things you ached for that did not work out, all of the hearts that failed to appreciate the home you made for them inside of yourself, they were not there things that broke you, or ruined you, or made you less worthy. No, instead, you will see that they built you. They taught you about yourself. They led you to the person you were born to be, and they guided you to the person you were meant to be with. They shaped you. They challenged you. They grew you.
